Sensor Swabs™ are designed for cleaning CCD chips and other delicate or hard to reach optical and imaging surfaces. Clean room manufactured and sealed, these swabs are the ultimate in purity.
12 swabs per box. Recommended by EASTMAN KODAK COMPANY for cleaning the DCS family of digital cameras when used with Eclipse™ or E2™ Optic Cleaners (sold separately). FUJI and Leica also recommend Eclipse™ and Sensor Swabs™ for cleaning their imaging sensors.
When used as directed these products are easy to use and safe and yield excellent results!
ECLIPSE is the highest purity optic cleaner available, containing less than 5 parts per million (ppm) of contamination (the whitish residue left after evaporation) It dries as quickly as it can be applied leaving absolutely no residue, making it the only recommended cleaner for CCD and CMOS sensor cleaning when used with Sensor Swabs.
E2, the highest purity Tin Oxide sensor cleaner, is now available, containing less than 5 parts per million (ppm) of contamination (the whitish residue left after evaporation) It dries as quickly as it can be applied leaving absolutely no visible residue, making it the only recommended cleaner for Indium Tin Oxide coated CCD and CMOS sensor cleaning when used with Sensor Swabs.
Combine the two items above for the complete SensorSwab Kit.
Photographics Solutions' new Digital Survival Kit is all you need to keep your sensors and optics clean while on the road. The ˝ ounce bottle of Eclipse is permitted on US airlines. The kit comes in a nylon pouch with a belt loop on the back side.
Kit contains 4 Sensor Swabs, 10 PEC*PADs, 1 e-wipe packet, 0.5 fl. oz. Eclipse and a jet black nylon zippered travel pouch.
PEC*PADs are the ideal photo wipes for those who hate photowipes! Until PEC*PADs came along, photowipes fell apart, left lint and scratched emulsions. PEC*PADs are extremely strong, lint-free and so soft and pure (99.999%) it is almost impossible to scratch an emulsion with them. PEC*PADs are so soft they can be safely used to clean all types of sensitive surfaces : scanners, CD's, mirrors, lenses, telescopes etc.
